(1) I know you tend to take things literally, so I will mention that many times when a woman calls a man a pervert she is just teasing and isn't being mean about it. In fact, if it was teasing it implies that your friend is quite comfortable around you.

(2) It's perfectly acceptable to give a little extra to a cute waitress, but it is only natural that other women will feel a little jealous if they cannot elicit a similar response, especially if the differential is great. How would you feel if a good-looking guy waltzes in and gets all sorts of attention from teenage girls that you have been working your ass off to get them to notice you? It may not be the noblest emotion, but don't expect women to simply cut off an emotion because it is not noble.

(3) I don't think you have this problem, but just a reminder to all that while it's ok to give cute girls a little extra attention, don't make it so easy for them that they feel they have a right to be bitchy. Looks fade, and you don't do pretty girls any favors by tolerating intolerable behavior simply because they're pretty.
