There are in the world already more overweight people than hungry people - don't want to look fat??? take care of your diet, and don't start at 40, start much earlier!!!

And what about the skin?? Well, don't want your skin to look lifeless??? Stop going to the beach every weekend!!! And don't wear more paint in your face than Jeff Gordon's #24 Impala!!! Oh, and drink more a lot more water and a bit less sugary drinks and watch out for salt in your food...

So yes, it would all be soooo easy to prevent from the start, but instead, we shift the focus to correct what should not have been there in the first place.
