Llort is correct that image is illegal in the UK

Although the image is techically illegal sometimes the police may decide not to bring charges.

Sir Elton John photo collection also had an illegal image which was seized by the police last year form an art gallery, but they never brought charges against him.

If you are famous and filthy rich you need not to worry about prosecution in the UK.
