Personally for me, talking to somene else has never really helped me self anylyze

I've had my small share of experiences with therapists, and they were all nice enough but ultimately, trying to explain myself to someone else only confused matters for me.

I dunno, people go to them for all kinds of reasons...to vent, get advice..stuff like that.

Like all things in life....some people like it, some don't..
