One is, as Baldur said, if the pic is of yourself. Lindsay and emovocals, eg, have a pic of themselves, and so do a few others.

The other exception is if the pic includes no homo sapiens. That means that we suspect Humboldt is not really a cuddly cat. I had at some point a picture of an elephant necklace and at another, a pic of a school uniform pinafore dress with its matching shirt. And endlestar is famous for his siggies of (empty) panties.
