If you don't mind answering this question, what exactly is your history and/or credentials when it comes to the arts? You seem to have a deep insight into aesthetics and its role in times past and present. I quite like the way it 'paints' your perspective; I think this post was accurate in many regards.

Let's just say I've always had a very deep long-term interest. I'm not a professional art critic, but I have read enough of it to understand it's language and assorted perspectives that make up art criticism. But I thank you for your kind words.
