Somewhere in the middle

I don't like the whole "be happy the way you are" stuff mainly because, girls do want to change (just like anybody) and improve themself, and this just ends up being coddling that doesn't even address their concerns.

At the same time, I disagree in blathely supporting their want to be a supermodel. Rather than absolute support of one extreme, I think it's better to talk out the details. Maybe it'd be called 'getting girly' but I think actually talking about the details of a super model (hair, lines...makeup?) and why they are idolized, and by whom, and that, it provides a discourse which is way more beneficial than just encouraging a viewpoint without adding any input at all.
