I am not overly upset that this is happening - it is the source of gunpowder for the future backlash. What I am most upset about is that all of these offences are only prosecuted when the defendant is clearly a paed or clearly easy to portrait as one in court. Like with Jack's Law - thousands of sites doing exactly the actions that Jack's Law is supposed to target existed back then and still exist now. Same here - will they prosecute for every movie or tv show in which a character has sex before Magic Day (say, Juno...)??? Obviously they aren't doing it, which clearly amounts to thought crime.
