I believe that the problem is that now, with the PROTECT Act of 2003, the law is more clearly defined, and probably no longer "overbroad". They're not simply saying "these minors are having sex" but instead are now saying "this is obscene". With this new law, drawings with "obscenities" that involve minors can now be prohibited. And the First Amendment doesn't protect obscenity.

That's why I'm rather worried. As scary as it sounds, I could actually see this being upheld.
