Re: New Years Resolutions?

I've got a few resolutions.

1. Save money for an apartment. I'm a college-age guy who doesn't go to college. Hah. I'd really like to move out of my parent's house and into a place with friends. We've got a plan and hopefully it'll start coming into focus in 09.

2. Possibly get my drivers license. Everything I need is generally within walking distance of my house and I do walk everywhere, but it's come to my attention that the ability to operate a motor vehicle is something that I'll need eventually.

3. Get more work done with my band. As I've mentioned before, we've been writting songs, a good deal of which contain messages involving youth rights and ped activism (with subtlety using weirdo metaphores). We plan on recording soon, but for live shows we'd need a fill drummer. Thats the biggest hole in the road for there is a remarkably small amount of drummers in the area knowledgable on 80's punk/post-punk.

4. Stop being lazy and maybe eat healthier. I'm not over weight, in fact I'm actually under weight to the point that it worries people. I just need to get a bit more fit is all. Maybe eat more actually. Hah.

5. NOT quit smoking. Haha. I actually probably won't be able to get all that fit if keep up the habit, but I just don't want to quit.
