I agree with your modifications.

Although I am more wary than all you, Dissident and Baldur regarding authority. Of course, a lot of the problems arise because of not meeting the other guidelines; if those were met, authority becomes a lot less problematic. Doesn't mean that it's clear-cut though...

Still, great to see you posting a bit more!!!
