It is different to argue against evolution in the books and to act counter itin nature. Even more - each one requires a different theoretical understanding of it and very certainly different assumptions about the world. This is obvious when applying the same alternative understandings to other subjects, both in nature and in social sciences, wouldn't it??

This is not to say that both positions disagree with the same thing; but they disagree in profoundly different ways: one disagrees because it doesn't like the premises, the other because it doesn't like the conclusions.
