Re: My New Years Resolutions

I have considered taking some courses at a local community college, both for intellectual stimulation and to meet some young legal aged women to date, but I have to do this when I can afford it...I'm in the process of finding a new job right now. It will be difficult where I live, however; young women aged 18-21 in my locality tend not to date outside of their age group and put strict limits on how much older a man can be for them to consider dating them (the only cute girl in that age group that I know where I live, who happens to be a friend of a friend, will not date any man over 35). Many of them believe that men my age can't possibly have anything in common with them (which certainly isn't true in my case) or won't mesh well with their friends (a lot of young women are greatly concerned over what their friends will think of any man they are dating).
So I'm not sure how likely it is for me to find a woman aged 18-21 who would be willing to date a man my age who lives close for me. Years ago, when there were still Yahoo and AOL rooms catering to young women of legal age who were interested in older men, I was able to meet several women in the age group I want who were interested, but these were all long distance and most of them already had plenty of older man attention where they lived and didn't need to settle for someone who lived so far away. I know that there is a whole sub-community of young legal aged teleiophiles who love older men but for some reason there isn't a high concentration of them where I live, and the few that do live in my neck of the woods are always taken; the older men where I live know a prize when they find it and they are usually smart enough not to screw up a rare opportunity to have a relationship with an amazing younger woman. So the few teleiophiles of legal age that I've met where I live have so far only wanted to be friends with me because they always have at least one older man that they are dating.

But it still doesn't hurt to try, so I may very well take up your advice once I get some more money. I appreciate your taking the time to give me the advice :)
