Judge rules against CA cops in PJ sting

According to court documents, the decoy, Perverted Justice founder Xavier Von Erck, recently told prosecutors the hard drive from the computer he used to chat with Wolin "experienced a complete failure" in February 2007 and cannot be copied.

Then the case against Dr. Wolin should be declared "a complete failure", and PJ should get the legal black eye they deserve. But of course that isn't likely to happen, as I've experienced firsthand how police, prosecutors, and judges will bend over backwards and blatantly violate Constitutional rights to screw suspected MAA's.

Bravo to Dr. Wolin for fighting this crap every step of the way, and not rolling over and copping a plea like most guys accused of soliciting "von Jerk" and his crew of phony minors.
