During several days of online chats Von Erck and Wolin apparently exchanged sexually tinged messages...

First, this part makes me a bit queasy... imagine finding out the girl you thought you were chatting with was this guy? Ergh, I need to lie down for a bit...

But I'm always happy to hear of PJ's unlawful attempts at entrapment being slapped down, and I'm glad there are judges interested in protecting the rights of citizens, even those who the judges believe, as I would imagine is the case, are charged with a 'vile crime.'

And XVE's assertion that 'the computer he used to chat with Wolin "experienced a complete failure"... and cannot be copied'? Extremely suspicious that he refuses to allow forensic computer specialists to make that determination...
