Erm... I have to agree with Phil O'Sophie: the singing is horrible. That said, horrible singing from a random LG is many times better than average singing from a random adult. Take this from a karaoke bar enthusiast.

Apart from the singing, yes, she is a cutie.

PING Lucky: yes, she was singing about her boyfriend. Well, kinda boyfriend. The song tells you why I say "kinda" boyfriend; but I don't have enough time now to go and translate it all.

PING fea: The video is from Spain. Confusingly, her accent sounds undoubtedly Latin American, but both the song and the "More Info" leave the geography clear.
