Italian criminal code

In Italy, the age of consent is 14. With exceptions: close in age (less than 3 years) can have sex younger.

And there is the rule that if the older party has "some kind of influence", the age of consent is 16.

For example, teacher, tutor, biological or adoptive parent.

Is there a complete list?

Does a Prime Minister have influence?

The wife of Silvio Berlusconi is seeking a divorce because he made an expensive present on the 18th birthday of a model.

Suppose that Silvio is soon free and seeking - and then gets an even younger model.

Peron famously was not superstitious about the 13 year old Nelida Rivas.

If Silvio were to pick up, openly sport and impregnate a 14 or 15 year old, would Prime Minister count as influence making the relationship illegal?

Also, the legal age for marriage in Italy is 18 - 16 with consent of court. What is the Italian practice in granting or refusing such consent?

How´d, say, the UKians feel about having to deal with a 16 year old model who is the lawful wife of a foreign Prime Minister and therefore has diplomatic immunity?
