Knowing now, I personally don't believe he get enough of a punishment.

I wouldn't join in a class action lawsuit against the talkshow hosts based on this, since they supposedly said they wish death on the "Child Molester" (who did it non-consensually) and not on the "Paedophile."

If they had wished death on a Paedophile or Hebephile or any other class of citizen, then that would be grounds for a class action lawsuit.
