I guess it's debatable on why anyone should have to cover up any part of their body really.

Personally in my little ideal society, it wouldn't be such a serious thing for anyone to walk around exposing any part of their body.

I guess there's always sanitary issues though...

I dunno, it all comes down to the fact that they're will always be people offended or grossed out by that kinda thing unfortunately
