Seriously, who actually makes international 'fight peds' agreements? Are you sure you're not talking about stuff like agreements to stamp out molestation and slave trafficking? To be honest, I really hope during the changeover that they continue such efforts, I wouldn't want this nation to become some child-abusing slum or something.
