Wrestlers all do their own stunts, and there's no retakes, and to keep the show going they frequently work through injuries when they should really be immediately going to a hospital (just ask Foley, TNA's current owner).

Planned, semi-scripted, pre-determined, rehearsed, sure, but not fake. More athletic than a great deal of sports, I'll tell you that.
