This victim impact statement sounds like she went through hell, I imagine she did. But the therapy and every time someone gets caught with her pictures she gets a notice. The system never lets her be in peace. She gets reminded all the time about the horrors she suffered. The abuse by the system has been going on longer then what her uncle did to her. They (the system) are not any better, this is proof why.

I have some empathy for her, nobody deserves to have pornographic pictures made against their will. But there's no way in hell I will support this young woman getting restitution every time someone gets caught with a picture of her. Fine the people involved with creating the content, not some poor guy who stumbled upon it.

People who get convicted of child porn have enough draconian sentences and regulations thrown at them. Plus being put on the RSO (vigilante hit list) is just incredibly ridiculous. People LOOKING at pictures are treated worse in many ways then almost all of the most truly repulsive crimes imaginable. There's no registry for murderers. I think I would want to know if some gang banging convicted murdering thug moved next door, but no. But a guy who looked at pictures whereabouts must be known so everybody can watch that rascal. He may be in his house looking at pictures and having deviant thoughts. Heaven forbid, but that swell guy who beat someone half to death with a baseball bat goes unnoticed. Well, because he's not much of a threat unlike the menace who looked at pictures.

Enough of this crap, she doesn't deserve one red cent.
