Excuse me for jumping in this thread. But just wanted to say I am so very happy, LGL, that you chose to live, because I like you lots. I know what you mean very much, about it being a different story when at deaths actual door. That's surely why I myself haven't attempted "offing" myself yet. And surely why I wouldn't use pills (and such) to do it. I'm pretty sure that it's only a matter of time though, before I off myself. But I won't dare use pills (and such). I'll use my "gat". It will be an instant thing. No deaths door this way. I'll be instantly blasted into whatever place I'm gonna be for "the next cycle of life". I'll do an analogy to your "death's door": Here it is, short and sweet: "The waiting room to any place where unsureness awaits and festers, is never a pleasant place to be." We usually like to get it over with already. Anticipation puts a real hurtin on our nervous system.

[Disclaimer:
I'm not planning to shoot myself. I'm just saying it will likely be the way I go, eventually. Old age and health problems doesn't exactly appeal to me. Like in "Logan's Run, I shall "Renew"]

I'm gonna make a post to Griffith too.

On a last note, it's usually people caring for us, or the hope of people caring for us, that keeps us "in the ballgame". And I care for you, LGL. And you and some others on here, as well as figures in my rl, keep me from blasting off into oblivion, just yet.

Stahntii
