Okay, I will NOT say it. You already did "Wow, what a long post! Sorry, Diss, I know you dislike it when someone says something like that, but I just couldn't resist ;-)"

1) Children never lie when they say they have been sexually abused.

Not only do they lie for their own gain, but they can be manipulated into saying something DID happen, just as easily as they can be into saying it didn't. (See link below)

3) Kids have no real sexual desire.

Tell that to my ex girlfriend who told me that she began masturbating around the age of 8yo to some pretty intense fantasies. I won't go into great detail about them, but they did involve force, bondage, and ADULT men. Many people will say that NO young girl would have those types of fantasies without having been exposed to it by someone. I can only take her word for it, but she has said that she was NEVER abused sexually as a child and was a virgin until she was 18.

While I didn't understand it was a "sexual" thing at the time, I began masturbating around the age of 4yo.

6) All cases of what is legally considered child pornography are always produced by adults and never by the minors themselves.

While the "sexting phenomena" is relatively new, minors taking nude, or even sexually explicit photos of themselves, isn't something new. When I was a teen, one of my girlfriends, who was 13yo, surprised me with some VERY nice Polaroids of herself. I never asked her to do this, nor even suggested it. She took the initiative herself. (Disclaimer: NO, I do NOT still have them!!!).

8) Mutually consensual sexual contact between anyone today considered to be 'minors' and those who are adults is always traumatizing for the younger person and will likely cause lifelong psychological 'damage' to them, no matter how much the minor in question may have enjoyed and desired the experience.

Of course it will. Because society will keep hammering it into their heads that they didn't really enjoy it, that they only "thought" they liked it, but in reality, it was something horrible that happened "to" them, and that they didn't willingly participate, but were coerced into it by someone who just wanted to use them.

e) Sexual activity that occurs between adults and minors is always initiated by the adult because kids "don't do that stuff."

Riiiiight!!! I know a few people that could certainly dispute that statement.
