Samba dancing is a cultural thing. many dances use skimpy clothes that nobody says nothing about it. A example would be Ballet Dancing. Women and LGs in Ballet dancing use skimpy little outfits yet nobody says they are for sexual focus because it's a cultural thing. Oh man, a 7yo is the queen of a top samba school for the first time? that LG must be very TALENTED, DETERMINED and HARD WORKING.
