Carlos Nicodemos, director of the Rio de Janeiro state council for the defence of children and adolescents, said: "We are not against kids participating in carnival; it's part of Brazilian culture. What we can't allow is putting a seven-year-old girl in a role that traditionally has a very sexual focus."

so what he is implying is that all of the adult young women dancing at the Brazil carnival are whores and/or table dancers because they excite men? Samba dancing is a cultural thing. many dances use skimpy clothes that nobody says nothing about it. A example would be Ballet Dancing. Women and LGs in Ballet dancing use skimpy little outfits yet nobody says they are for sexual focus because it's a cultural thing.

Oh man, a 7yo is the queen of a top samba school for the first time? that LG must be very TALENTED, DETERMINED and HARD WORKING. It would be a shame if she couldn't dance at the carnival. that would be very disastrous for the LG not participating at the carnival doing what she loves the most: samba.

on a sarcastic note:
Her father said Anyone who gets excited by a seven-year-old should “see a doctor”

In the medical world, it is believed pedos suffer from Priapism which is a medical disorder that is characterized by a prolonged and a sustained painful erection. anyone suffering from this should see a doctor.
