That's a lot of people with mental problems. I don't believe these types of people should be the so called Internet cops. To do something which is invasive and potentially ruin someones life you would think you would want someone to do this job that's more stable. On the other hand, stable people don't normally destroy peoples lives this way.

With that said, I don't wish mental disorders on anyone, even antis. I had a loved one with mental disorders and it's miserable for everyone involved It destroys lives.
