She would definitely not have the innocence which we associate with childhood; she would in fact be considerably more sophisticated than any of us.

Well I'm not sure how it was in the story, nut I think it's kind of debatable whether or not someone would lose all the innocence associated with childhood, even after 2400 years.

Some adults actually never lose it after 20 something years, so why not 2400 :)

I think I would be one of her lovers. Even if she did lose the innocence we associate with childhood, damn I wouldn't be able to resist those hot looks!
