Is a girl harmed by circulation of indecent images of her, against her wishes?

If a girl A is made subject to sexual abuse, or making of indecent images of her, against her wishes and without informed consent, and B, being completely innocent of the original sexual abuse of A, somehow receives copies of those images, and disseminates the images to C, whereupon C dealing with A in real life, treats her unfavourably as a "slut", and B knew that C would do so disseminated the images anyway, has B done A any wrong?

Now imagine that there is NO child pornography, obscenity or indecent images involved, or they never reach B. But B disseminates a mere oral mention of true fact - that "A was a rape victim, and the culprits were caught and punished". B in no way approves the crimes - but B is aware that C would because of knowing the fact treat A as a "slut" in real life.

Has B done A any wrong in this case?

If you recognized a woman or a girl you meet in real life as a model of child pornography, would you treat her as a slut?

If you knew as an narrative true fact that a woman or girl you meet in real life has been a victim of sexual abuse, would you treat her as a slut? Would you disseminate the fact? If yes, would you disseminate it to people who would treat her as a "slut"?
