In Holland, pre 2002 - if you had sex with a girl between 12 & 16 yrs old, in all liklihood no prosecution would follow unless the parents/'concerned other' lodged a complaint.

In Holland, post 2002 - have sex with a girl below 16, & you're fucked! You will be prosecuted...

The Dutch caved in to the EU on this one, I'm afraid - (shame on you, Sancho! ;o) ).

Where I am, if you have any sexual naughtiness with a girl under 18 you're screwed...
