I don't think Pedophilia is part of everyone's (anyone's) makeup.
Recently, the forum discussion was centering on "gerontophia". I had a cell mate who was a gerontophile in the strictest for of the word. He was sexually attracted to old women. The older and uglier the better. He didn't think they were ugly, but I sure did.
My point is, this fellow was monomaniacal about it. He knew I was into pretty little girls and knew I had hundreds of images of them. Yet never once did he even glance at them. There was absolutely no pedophilia in him.
