So, it only costs $500 per image to "classify" an artistic image (and if the image fails the classification test, does the artist go directly to jail?)

Sure, that's reasonable.

Also, I note this comment:

That is, the prosecutors or police will cherry pick the few images that they think will be most damaging to the defendant, and not allow the jury to see any evidence that contradicts the prosecutor's claims.

"and cross-examination by the accused will be prevented."

Always easier to prosecute if the defendant is not allowed to mount a defence.

Remember, children, JUST SAY NO TO JUSTICE.
