That's a nice story, I actually think parents can be of great influence in the development of their child.

Once met a young mother who gave birth to a boy when she was 17, by the time I met her she was 21 yo, the boy 4 yo.

She was an amazing mother, busy 16 hours a day raising this child.
The boy's development was like a 6 or 7 yo child, I was very impressed.
