A question for those familiar with US laws: Is the statement Stitches made about me considered slander and punishable under US law? This is what he said: "I made it VERY clear I'm against sexual relationships between children and adults" (me) "And yet you have one with your step daughter." (stitches) Trillion made this remark: "And talking of leaping to improbable conclusions, what evidence to you have that Sancho sleeps with his step-daughter? And I mean, what real evidence, admissable in a court of law? If you have, then why don't you go to the cops? No, thought you wouldn't... That's a very serious accusation, Stitches. If you don't have the balls to go to the cops with it, then I suggest you don't say crap like that." Obviously Stitches saw he went to far and downplayed his statement: "I didn't say he slept with her. He touches her in a sexual manner and arouses himself doing so and then describes it in depth to people like YOU. He has no respect for the child whatsoever. I suggest if you doubt that you ask the child if she likes having her body described to a bunch of filthy perverts. And you call him honorable? He's a sleezewad. But I betcha one thing. I'd bet he values his own privacy. Do you?" I'm completely immune to his name calling but I think he went to far this time. Sancho ![]() |
