According to the article the girl is doing well and she's learning to walk. Unlike the USA where this girl would be treated like a freak show exhibit the people in her country think of her as a deity, they think of her a great thing. Other countries while lagging behind us in some ways are vastly ahead of us in cases such as this. While I wish this a no child I'm thankful she is in a society where she will be accepted.
