But get the public to understand that. They even had many other policies, any of which could be "the" reason why someone would sign, but were always famous only for their pro-paed stance instead of, eg, their Euroskeptic stance. The public's singlemindedness in seeing the PNVD as some sort of Quiltyesque conspiracy to rape children guaranteed that nobody, including many who might have supported their other policies but not their line on paeds, would sign.
