Are you trying to say that all kids do that?
Some of them do geniunely don't care about sex, or at least, not about adults.
Of course, the concept of "innocence" is kinda stupid, and most people use it to not seem rude just saying "ignorance", which isn't useful for anyone. (Oh, but it's cute and makes it easy to be a parent)
