Modeling and [child] porn are not exclusive. Porn requires models. Even if it were 7 year olds naked, it would still be modeling (unless the pictures were taken unposed).

Good grief. Preteens in thongs is not the mark of the beast. People are killing, dying, and starving all over the world, and you're concerned about preteens wearing thongs?
