Oh, like I say, I'm open. Ferinstance, lets compare Rings; Japanese version; Better male adult lead, more weirdness leading to other weirdness, points for originality. American version; Better female adult lead, great supporting actors in backstory, and better visual effects. We knew that an American Ring would have a bigger budget, edit its scares to be more shocking than creepy, and follow the one-weird-thing-per-movie rule that seems to limit American Sci-Fi/Fantasy/Horror films. So I'm hoping for two good, albeit different, versions of Let. But you'd have to have something on the order of Ring's inspired mid-section featuring Jane Alexander and Brian Cox. And with two versions on the market, I'm surprised that no one had seen the obvious pun. Let The Right Let The Right One In In. :) Dante
