Lacking a contact offense, I would think that is still not harming anyone.

They might not be whom I want to have for dinner. They still do not deserve to be in jail, enough so that I would consider my enemy anyone who would jail them for what are only thoughts, desires and ideas, even thoughts, desires and ideas contrary to those which I would cherish and defend.
