Does that mean that the GOP tea & pastries are also going to require that a business that takes jobs away from Americans by moving its uber polluting plants to other countries will be stopped in the planning stages due to the amount of pollution to be emitted by the plant is currently illegal in America? I've got to send this question off in a letter to the guy who wrote that piece of typical patriot act type legislation. I'll try to write you from Guantanamo after they read it Marky.;)
