Dream Board

According to court documents filed in the Western District of Louisiana and elsewhere, Dreamboard members used a variety of measures designed to conceal their criminal activity. Members communicated using aliases or “screen names,” rather than their actual names.

Uhhhhh... every internet forum uses screen names. I've never been to an online forum where everyone uses their real names.

Membership was tightly controlled by the bulletin board’s administrators, who required prospective members to upload child pornography portraying children 12 years of age or younger when applying for membership. Once they were given access, members were required continually to upload images of child sexual abuse in order to maintain membership. Members who failed to follow this rule would be expelled from the group.

This is exactly what they said about boymoments or whatever it was called and we know that was bullshit. But I've never heard of this dream board but a man was just sentenced to 20 years.
