Nobody is questioning your first paragraph - some people are simply questioning the legality of it and the precedent it sets. Not its factuality. I am personally sure that he was guilty of terrorism, that he would have been found guilty of terrorism and murder charges in the USA and sentenced to death, and as I said, I would have no problem with that. My problem is that it wasn't decided by a judge, but by some other branch of government.

That you support this is quite baffling given the positions you have otherwise defended here.
Are you really sure you would still say the same under President W. Bush, President McCain, President Palin, or President Perry?
