It's not that big, but you could be more careful with your wording.
The Germans have a beautiful word for this: Nötigung.

Is has different meanings but I will give you one example. Staying in the fast lane of the Autobahn without reason when another car is approaching with high speed.

Your action can be the cause of another illegal action such as overtaking on the right.

And this is exactly what happened here Trucker, how can you be so sure he didn't already gave up the bottle?
