There won't be one.

The failure of Prohibition is well know. Nobody would ever try it again ( with alcohol. )

The only thing we haven't learned is that anything with a significant demand is booze. But while everyone has to learn that lesson again with new substances, they get it regarding booze.

I do recommend the series.

Another one of Daniel Okrent's contributions ( other than being the author of Last Call ) he's the guy who invented the idea of Fantasy Baseball leagues and tried it out with some fellow writers and editors who met regularly at the French Rotisserie restaurant.

Oh, and his niece Arika Okrent has written one helluva book with In The Land Of Invented Languages.
