Child soccer leagues to eliminate scores
Posted by lgsinmyheart on 2011-October-11 04:42:41 EDT, TuesdayOf course, the easiest way to eliminate scores would be to play without goals. DUH!
(This would work for every sport too!)
And I keep thinking that this is a conspiracy by the Italians and people like Mourinho to hook kids early up into their insipid, ugly, anti-scoring game tactics. What better way to prepare them to play for endless goalless draws than teaching them to play for endless goalless draws since they are little and learning everything??!!
The Telford Junior League lists only scores of 1-0, or 0-1 or draws in the 20 soccer divisions for age 16 and younger. All scoring will be eliminated next season for ages 11 and younger, according to the Daily Mail newspaper.
