I am more interested in the rights of youth (which DOES include the right to control their sexual selves).

This is where you are just flat out wrong because you can't have one and not the other. How can a young person have the right to control their sexual selves (unless you mean "control" as in remaining chaste) and not have the right to be with an older person if they wish?
