GM in the city! And on such a nice day!

So I'm just chilling in my basement playing Modern Warfare 2 when my cousin gives me a call. Apparently in the city close to my house there was going to be a festival in which our culture was the theme. I really love going to things like this and I love hanging out with my family. To be quite honest little girls were no where on my mind at the moment. Boy was I in for a nice surprise!

After a hour long drive we get to the city and then the festival. There were many people there. Quite frankly I was paying attention to the sweet girls (of legal age) and all the lovely lady lumps. Marriage may be about five years off but I need to start looking! Then out from the crowd I hear a familiar angelic voice call my name. She comes running through the crowds to nearly tackle me with a big hug.

This girl shall be known as "Q". Q is one of my cousin's daughters. She has two sisters but she was the only one there. She is seven years old. She has long light brown hair, brown eyes, the cutest bubble butt, and is quite the spitfire. She is often not afraid to voice her opinion and curses just as much as the next guy. Incredibly independent but sometimes shy, she has the cutest dimples when she shows her shy little smile.

After the hug we all start walking to check out the festival some more. She grabs my hand, looks up, and says, "pick me up!" Of course I had to oblige! After I got her up she anchored herself by wrapping her arms around my neck and legs around my waste. That was when the talking started. It was mainly one sided. She was telling me about school, the city, her sisters, her parents, the fall, summer being over, and all the different stores in the city. I offered my input here and there and asked her some follow up questions. After about an hour of walking around my arms were getting way too tired. So I told her she had to walk. She slid her arm around mine and insisted on walking with me.

After a while me and my cousins wanted to go play some basketball. I was going to her house anyway after a few pick up games so I told her she should go home with her mom and I'll see her later. Basketball was fun and we did pretty damn good... I don't think you guys are too interested in the specifics of the game though so onto more Q!

After the games we are pretty tired and thirsty. We get to my cousin's house and all drop on the couches and put on the movie "Drum-line" lol Nick Cannon. Her sisters were at their other cousin's house (I have a fuck load of cousins).I am on the couch and Q sits on the arm of the couch. "What do you think you're doing?" I asked her and pulled her onto my lap. She giggled and cuddled right on me. Her head resting on my chest with my arm around her. There is something so great in knowing the comfort and happiness you bring to other people. Especially a little girl. When they love you so much and desire so strongly to be with you. They feel safe and secure and happy. Greatest feeling ever!

After the movie we decide that we need to get home. Q was almost asleep and I felt bad making her get up but I needed to get home. So I gave her a big kiss on the cheek and she gave one back. I then hugged her and her mom and dad and said good bye. Me and my other cousins came back home. Life is good! :)
