Just like with the gays, we will have to become oppressed to the right degree before it is worth it to out ourselves by taking to the streets like you mentioned.

But holy shit, it sure-as-hell is gonna make waves when it does happen, since parents across the nation will have to explain us (and what the ruckus we're making is all about) to their children. Most parents will probably twist and lie and misrepresent us to their young, but some will not. And hopefully the ones that will not, will join us and/or support us.

It will come.

But there is a time and place for everything. And I think it is not yet for us. I think a little more pressure and oppression is needed first before it's worth it to out ourselves in mass numbers and join hands. But that time will inevitably come.

You're just a bit antsy and restless, and I can't blame you at all for that. Perhaps when most of us are to the point where we feel the oppression and restlessness that you do, crouds of us will start hitting the streets.

Patience, LOD.

Find something else, for now, to occupy your time, mind and body with. Our day is coming. But these things take decades sometimes. And sometimes they might take centuries too. And perhaps when we start hitting the streets, we will not even succeed in our mission. Perhaps we will get gunned down by anonymous people at that time, and the government will not even investigate the murders. There's no gaurantees for us or for any minority. Carpe Diem. And forget about mass acceptance--for a while, anyway.
