If you just must, work with your recipient and encrypt it. Even that could eventually be broken given enough time. Best, if you must send something, is one shot code. Short enough and it is theoretically impossible to break.

X4k means whatever I want it to mean. The next time I need to send it, I use a different code. But, then, you need to know which code I use etc. The only thing that is exposed is the fact that (1) you are communicating and (2) you don't want anyone to know. Even then, there are ways to hide communication so that those two facets are hidden.

Consider: I tell you that I have not hidden a code in this message. But, have I?
