When in court, "Do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, so help you god?"

My reply, "I will tell the truth." I do not raise my hand.

I have done this twice in my life: once when a drunk hit me head on and I testified that he was the one; and once when someone hit me with his truck while my wife and I were jogging.

I never testified in court otherwise. I was called to testify against my neighbor (A young girl charged with[charges omitted here].) I failed to appear. I got fined $100. She was sent to prison without my testimony. A long story for another day.
